The Flower Patch
Located in the Deco Building in Downtown Victoria (750 Fairfield Rd.), we have 600sqf of space to blossom in. In a building full of over 80 artists and 4 arts organizations, this space would work best for those looking to support a creative endeavor but there no limits (just your imagination).
You can use the space for:
- Photography- Workshops
- Events
- Classes
or whatever you need to grow!
WHAT IS AVAILABLE
- Clothing rack- Basic retail supplies- Bluetooth speaker- 2 folding tables
- 20 chairs
- Complimentary WiFi
- Basic kitchen with fridge/freezer, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, and microwave.
DETAILS
- The space is useable between 7am–11pm, but items can be stored overnight. We cannot guarantee security of the space, as it is accessible within the building.- Event capacity is 50 people, 25 seated at tables.
- The space is pet friendly, but you are responsible for cleaning up any messes and ensuring your pet gets along with any of our neighbors (two complaints and no more pets allowed!).
- Access to the Garden Space requires 6 steps and heavy doors. There is wheelchair access available upon request. The washroom is fully accessible, but requires use of an elevator or stairs.- The Garden co-habitats with 4 artist studios. Any events need to ensure these artists can still access their space, or we have plenty of notice if there will be a disruption.
Rate: $175 a day, please contact us for longer stays.
