Collection: Anastasia Stockman
Anatasia Stockman is an oil painter and multidisciplinary creative. Her work spans visual art across several mediums, design, and brand consultancy. Of One's Own is her oil painting project; inspired by the things we are able to create when we choose to create entirely for one's own self. This project is a deeply cathartic expression of her journey to healing through art and creation. Anastasia uses oil painting to explore deeper meanings around themes of domesticity, mental health, relationships, and her own BIPOC identity.
Renowned for her exploration of still life and rich color stories, Anastasia is inspired by both past and present sources - she has developed a unique painting style which incorporates elements from old Dutch masters, modern art, and west coast landscapes. She is drawn to the concept of quality over expediency, and using rich colour as a tool to heal and grow.
